EDA_USER_COMPILED_SIMULATION_LIBRARY_DIRECTORY
Specify the directory where you store the library generated with the EDA Simulation Library Compiler
tool. Note: Do not use this option to specify the directory for ModelSim-Altera precompiled libraries or
Active-HDL precompiled libraries.

The value of this assignment is case sensitive.
