XCVR_TX_VOD_PRE_EMP_CTRL_SRC
When you set this assignment to DYNAMIC_CTL for PCI Express, the PCS block controls the VOD and
preemphasis coefficients. When you set this assignment to RAM_CTL, the VOD and preemphasis are
controlled by other assignments (for example, XCVR_TX_PRE_EMP_1ST_POST_TAP).
