FITTER_EARLY_TIMING_ESTIMATE_MODE
Controls the type of early timing estimate produced by the Early Timing Estimate feature. Realistic will
estimate the average results expected from a Standard Fit compile, Optimistic will estimate the best case
final timing and Pessimistic will estimate the worst case final timing.
