Can You Print from the Print Server?
If you can print, check the connection between the computer and the print server. Cannot Find the Print
Server to Connect to(P. 456)
Reinstall the Printer Driver.
Uninstall the installed driver, and then reinstall it.

Use a print server to install the printer driver.
