Enables sFlow on an interface.
Synopsis
sflow enable
no sflow enable
Operands
None
Defaults
sFlow is disabled on all interfaces.
Command Modes
Interface subtype configuration mode
Description
Use this command to enable sFlow on a specific interface. sFlow is used for monitoring network
activity.
Usage Guidelines
This command is supported on physical ports only.
On a Brocade VDX 8770 switch, SPAN and sFlow can be enabled at the same time.
On the Brocade VDX 6720 switch, SPAN and sFlow cannot be enabled at the same time.
Enter no sflow enable to disable sFlow on an interface.
Examples
To enable sFlow on a specific 40-gigabit Ethernet interface:
switch(config)# interface fortygigabitethernet 1/3/1
switch(conf-if-fo-1/3/1)# sflow enable
