Installation of the DC busbars

1. Mount +DC busbar

3 :

– Remove hexagon socket screws M8

0.

– Position the DC busbar in the master and the slave.
– Fasten the DC busbar in the master and the slave with 1 hexagon

socket screw M8 × 45 mm

0, 1 plain washer 1 and 1 distance

sleeve

2 each.

– Tighten the hexagon socket screws

0 (tightening torque: 10.9 Nm).

2. Mount −DC busbar

7 :

– Remove hexagon socket screws M8

4.

– Put both connecting cables

8 aside.

– Position the DC busbar in the master and the slave.
– Insert 2 hexagon socket screws M8 × 45 mm

4 each with plain

washers

5 into the bore holes of the DC busbar, finally passing them

through the distance sleeves

6.

– Screw the hexagon socket screws

4 into the threaded holes in the

master and slave.

– Lay the connecting cable

8 in the master and slave with cable lug

between the busbar

7 and plain washer 5.

– Tighten the hexagon socket screws

4 (tightening torque: 10.9 Nm).
