must create separate methods, which you can queue in the Run Scheduler.
Buffer selection: Manually Prepared Buffer via Blending Valve

 pH flow cell
 Sample pump
 Column switching valves
 Outlet valves
 Sample inlet valves
 Wash solution is delivered through Q1 for the sample loop, pH flow cell,
column switching valve, and outlet valve.
