In the lower-right pane

The Overview tab displays a graphic representation of the purification

steps for the selected template.

The Gradient tab displays the gradient graph of the selected template.

The Notes tab displays explanatory text that you can edit in the Method

Settings phase.

Double-click a template name to open the template in the Method Editor
window.

In the Phase Parameters pane of the Method Settings phase, edit general
settings like column type, method base unit, and wavelength.

5.

In the Method Editor window, select File > Save As to open the Save Method
As dialog box.

6.

Select a project folder or create a new subproject or root project in which to
save the method.

7.

Type a name for the new method, and then click Save.

Running Multicolumn Purification Methods

You run multicolumn purification methods the same way you run regular methods.
