When a manual or method run is saved, the new settings are saved with it. When
you open the run in the Evaluation window, it displays the new settings. Some
chromatogram view settings that are changed on the computer automatically
change in the touch screen chromatogram view and vice versa.
The following display attributes are synchronized:
Trace Show/Hide state
Trace color
Trace y-scale range (Min/Max y values)
Autoscale (on/off)
Active x-scale units
Show/Hide state of events, fractions, errors, and annotations
Active y-scale (selected trace y-scale)
Showing or Hiding Traces
To show or hide a trace
1.
Expand the chromatogram legend.
2.
Select or clear the trace entry to turn the trace on or off.
Tip:
to show all hidden traces.
