Fraction Collection

Configuration

Explanation

BioFrac™ fraction
collector

For configuring a BioFrac fraction
collector. Used for starting and
stopping fraction collection to
determine fraction size and number of
tubes to collect.

Fraction collector
with outlet valve

For collecting a combination of large
and small volume fractions. Select
outlet ports can be plumbed to divert a
fraction eluted from a column onto a
sample/storage loop to be
subsequently reinjected onto a second
column during tandem applications.

Fraction collector
with two outlet
valves

For collecting a combination of large
and small volume fractions. Select
outlet ports can be plumbed to divert a
fraction eluted from a column onto a
sample/storage loop to be
subsequently reinjected onto a second
column during tandem applications.

Outlet valve

For use as a fraction collector, can
collect up to 11 large-volume fractions.

Select outlet ports can be plumbed to
divert a fraction eluted from a column
onto a sample/storage loop to be
subsequently reinjected onto a second
column during tandem applications.
