Idle state

For E and M signaling, in the idle state the M lead is ground

and the E lead is an open circuit.

For E and M signaling, in the idle state the M lead is ground and the E
lead is an open circuit.

For E and M signaling, in the idle state the M lead is ground and the E
lead is an open circuit.

Outgoing calls

Outgoing calls are processed as follows:
