Displaying Port Status

To display the current status of the ports on the switch, perform the
following procedure:

1. From the Main Menu, type 1 to select Port Configuration.

The Port Configuration menu is shown in Figure 26 on page 106.

2. From the Port Configuration menu, type 2 to select Port Status.

An example of the Port Status menu is shown in Figure 34.

Note

The speed, duplex mode, and flow control settings are blank for a
port that has not established a link with its end node.

The Port Status menu displays a table that contains the following
columns of information:

Port
The port number.

Link
The status of the link between the port and the end node
connected to the port. The possible settings are:
