Displaying the MSTP Port State

To display the MSTP port state, perform the following procedure:

1. From the Main Menu, type 3 to select Spanning Tree Configuration.

The Spanning Tree Configuration menu is shown in Figure 78 on
page 259.

2. From the Spanning Tree Configuration menu, type 3 to select

Configure Active Protocol.

The MSTP menu is shown in Figure 95 on page 294.

3. From the MSTP menu, type P to select MSTP Port Parameters.

The MSTP Port Parameters menu is shown in Figure 99 on page
309.

4. From the MSTP Port Parameters menu, type 3 to select Display MSTP

Port State.

The following prompt is displayed:

Enter Spanning Tree (CIST/MSTI) ID to display port
state: [0 to 15} ->

5. Enter an MSTI ID.

The Display MSTP Port State menu is shown in Figure 101.
