Port/Trunk
The port on the switch to which a host node of the multicast
group is connected.
HostIP
The IP address of the host node connected to the port.
Status
The status of the host node. The possible settings are:
Active - The host node is an active member of the group.
Left Group - The host node has recently left the group.
