European Union Requirements
ULTRA 100 Series drives conform to the following European Union
Directives:

Low Voltage Directive (72/23/EEC, 93/68/EEC)
●
Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (89/336/EEC, 92/31/
EEC, 93/68/EEC)
Compliance with the EEC Directives is contingent on two conditions:
1. Installation of AC line filters between the power source and the
drive, and
2. Use of factory authorized cables to connect motors. “European
Union EMC Directives” on page 5-7 and “Options and Accesso-
ries” on page A-1 lists this equipment and associated part num-
bers.
Use of this product with other non-CE products or in a manner
inconsistent with established testing requirements invalidates the CE
registration declaration.

Series drives in installations requiring CE marking include:
