Configure IPv6 static routing.
The NO command cancels
IPv6 static routing.

neighbor query message. The NO command
resumes default value (1 second).
（ 3）Forbid Router announce

Forbid IPv6 Router Announce. The NO
command enables IPv6 router announce.
