Using Transfer Line Cycles
This chapter details the user-defined cycles that are included with the
transfer line option. The cycles also contain options for these features:
Topic:
For more information see page:
Feed to Hard Stop (Hard Stop Sense Zone)
14-40
Adaptive Depth
27-18
Adaptive Feedrate
18-9
These features, and how they are used on a transfer line, are briefly
described here:
Transfer Bar Cycles allows smooth
transfer of parts through the
machine.
Feed to a hard stop with holding
torque precisely positions the
transfer bar.
Adaptive Depth helps correct
mechanical drive slop by
monitoring actual depths into part.
Torque controlled positioning applies a
constant cutting force within a specified
feedrate range.
