Orientation completion
signal is not output.

Orientation signal ORT is not input.

Check that orientation signal ORT is closed on opera-
tion status display (U1-09).

Incorrect setting of selection signal
(Completion signal is not output at
tuning of initial setting.)

Set tune-up operation selection signal (C2-22 or C3-
22, bit 4) to “1.”

Incorrect speed changing ratio set-
ting

Verify the machine data for transmission ratio values
(C1-27 to 29).

Position control proportional gain is
high.

Check that no vibration occurs in the forward and
reverse directions near the stop position.
Lower position control proportional gain to reduce
vibration.

Position control proportional gain is
low.

Check that the load shaft has reached the stop posi-
tion on operation status display (U2-03 or U3-03).
Increase position control proportional gain to reach
the commanded position.

Fault of orientation card or control
PC board

Replace the orientation card or the control PC board.
