Reboots the controller with an image in the mentioned partition (either the primary or secondary
partition)
Supported in the following platforms:
• Mobility RFS4000 Controller
• Mobility RFS6000 Controller
• Mobility RFS7000 Controller

boot system [primary|secondary]
