Enables the timeout mechanism for the port to be enabled back after an error
Supported in the following platforms:
• Mobility RFS4000 Controller
• Mobility RFS6000 Controller
• Mobility RFS7000 Controller

errdisable recovery [cause bpduguard|interval <10-1000000>]
