Command
Syntax
To list the files in the file system:
ls
To display the contents of a configuration file:
show file systems filename
Mode
The LS command:
User Exec mode and Privileged Exec mode
The SHOW FILE SYSTEM command:
Privileged Exec mode
Description
These commands have the following restrictions:
ˆ The LS command does not accept filenames or wildcards.
ˆ The SHOW FILE SYSTEM command does not support spaces in the
filename.
ˆ You cannot use the SHOW FILE SYSTEM command to view files on a
compact flash card.
Example
This example lists all the files in the file system:
awplus> ls
This example displays the contents of the “boot.cfg” file:
awplus> enable
awplus# show file systems boot.cfg
