Opens the dialog window Send event message for entering a new event
message (see Chapter 5.6.9.4.3, page 1135).
[Properties]
Opens the dialog window Send event message to edit the event message
selected in the table (see Chapter 5.6.9.4.3, page 1135).
[Delete]
Deletes the selected event message.

Recipient
Selection of the type of recipient.
