a. Temporary setting
Sets up the machine coordinate whose zero-point is the current position after the
power supply is connected. After this, the soft limit function is disabled if the
zero-point return is not executed.

Creates the machine coordinate by the position data from absolute value
detection encoder.
c. Cancel
Cancels the work coordinate which was previously set; it is equal to the machine
coordinate.
