4) PROGRAM END
It is output when program is ended in playback.
Refer to "SYSTEM [PF5] → 2. CONTROL PARAMETER → 6. END Relay Output
Time for the setting of end signal output time.
5) TOTAL ERROR SIGNAL
It is output in case of occurring a serious system error. It resets the
output status by the motors ON after curing error or RESET SET key.
