3.23.2 Printing PDF reports
Open the edit menu under File/Printer....
• Printer for report prints: Selecting the printer for the report
output on paper from the list of all printers installed on the PC.
• Generate PDF report: Activate this checkbox so that you are able
to make the following settings for the PDF report.
• Path for PDF file: The default setting for the PDF report is a
separate folder "PDF_report" in the PC Control installation folder.
You can select a different path with [...]. If the report has been
printed out with the [Print] fixed key then the name of the PDF file
corresponds to the report name. The date and time will be
appended so that the file name is always unambiguous. For reports
that are to be printed out in the method sequence with REPORT
command the name corresponds to the determination name.
• Paper format: Select the paper format.
• Security: Permissions for PDF file: If the checkbox "No
content copying or extraction" is activated then no copy can
be made from the PDF report. If you do not want the report to be
printed out then activate the corresponding checkbox. "No
changing the document" is activated as standard. This means that
no alterations can be made. If no comments or form fields are to be
added or altered then activate the corresponding checkbox.
• Print report additionally: If this checkbox is activated, the
report will be printed on the printer selected above additionally to
the generated PDF file.
[OK] accepts the settings, [Cancel] stops the input without accepting
the alterations.
