If the dosing rate resulting from the settings cannot be achieved

dosing is carried out at maximum rate.
The following formula can be used to estimate whether the maxi-

mum dosing rate is necessary or not:

Note!

This formula applies only for using a single dosing device. The dosing

rate is equal to the flow rate for tandem dosing.

If the required dosing rate exceeds the maximum dosing rate for the

selected exchange or dosing unit (or cylinder volume, see Sec-

tion 3.8.6

), then a larger cylinder volume must be selected.

Dosing rate / Dosing time

– You define the dosing rate and the

time in which dosing is to be carried out. As in the previous case,

the filling times are not taken into account.
