The Conditioning sequence will be carried out just before the

conditioning. It gives you the opportunity, for example, to start a

connected Polytron

®

high-frequency homogenizer and to set its stir-

ring rate before the start of the conditioning. Use the CONTROL RS

command for this.

Cycles: A subsequence is repeated in accordance with the number

of runs. "Calibration" is required if automatic calibration is to be

carried out with a USB Sample Processor. Apart from the CAL

command, the subsequence contains a MOVE command to move

to the calibration solutions. It is processed until the number of buff-

ers or standards defined in the calibration command has been

reached.

In a [Note] a short text can be used to describe e. g. what the subse-

quence is used for.
With [Insert command] you can insert a command in front of the se-

lected line.

Note!

In contrast to general method programming, the choice of commands

is limited. With the exception of calibration, no commands for re-

cording or evaluating measured values (e. g. titration, measurement)

can be inserted in a subsequence. Only one CAL command can be

inserted in a subsequence.

[Delete command]

removes the selected command from the list. The

parameters for the selected command can be edited with [Edit com-
mand]

.
