Enter the show ip dvmrp neighbor command from the terminal and ensure that the
Neighbor Address in the target Address is appropriate. If no Neighbor Address is
shown, the neighbor DVMRP router may not have sent the PIM-Probe. Inspect the
neighbor DVMRP router.
