Prompt

The CLI prompt at the initial introduction identifies the user levels and the command
input modes. Table 3-1 shows the CLI prompts.

In addition, in the following cases, letters represent that condition are indicated
ahead of the above prompt.

a. If the identification name of this device has been set (See "GR2000

Configuration Commands, Vol. 1-save (write) " for CLI type 1 and see
"GR2000 Configuration Commands, Vol. 1-save (write)" and "GR2000
Configuration Commands (Universal CLI) - copy running-config" for CLI type
2.), the identification name is reflected on the prompt.

b. If the operation configuration defining information is edited, and its contents

are not overwritten and saved in the configuration information file, See
"GR2000 Configuration Commands, Vol. 1" for CLI type 1 and see "GR2000
Configuration Commands (Universal CLI)" for CLI type 2. “!” is affixed on the
head of the prompt. Figure 3-6 shows the displays of (a) and (b).

c. "!!" is displayed at the beginning of a prompt when IPv4 routing protocol

information, IPv4 multicast routing protocol information, IPv6 routing
protocol information, IPv6 multicast routing protocol information, DHCP
server information, and MPLS information are edited and when the contents
of the edited information are not reflected on the operational configuration
definition information using a configuration definition command (CLI type 1)
(apply) (except the case where CLI type 2 is used).
