Use the operational configuration definition information stored in memory for standby
operation.

When the operational configuration definition information stored in memory is
changed, the contents of the changed information are immediately reflected on
operation. When duplex operation is performed, mode switching is suppressed if
configuration definition information is changed because active configuration
definition information differs from standby configuration definition information. The
duplex operation therefore cannot be performed. The duplex operation is restarted by
copying it to the standby configuration definition information after the operational
configuration definition information stored in memory is stored once in MC. Mode
switching is also suppressed by exchanging an active current configuration definition
information file. Similarly, duplex operation is restarted by copying a configuration
definition information file to the standby configuration definition information.
