Step 1.
Connect the modem with the PC to act as a remote operation terminal, and
set up the device driver in accordance with the manual of the modem.
Step 2.
Install Dial-Up Networking program as shown below. If it is already
installed, go to Step 3.
Open [Control Panel] window from [Start] Menu.
