7.6 Communication failure in IPv4 unicast routing
7.6.1 No RIP route information exists
Locate the possible cause according to the failure analysis shown in the table below
when the route information of RIP does not exist in the display of route information
that the router acquired.
7.6.2 No OSPF route information exists
Locate the possible cause according to the failure analysis shown in the table below
when the route information of OSPF does not exist in the display of route information
that the router acquired.

4 Confirm that an adjacent router advertise
a RIP route. Collect failure information using a relevant router when an adjacent
router advertises.

Confirm it when an adjacent router does not advertise.
