5.8.6 Confirming the state of VC in EoMPLS (L2-VPN)
Execute a show mpls 12transport command from the operation terminal to the
router and confirm the state of VC (e.g. VC ID is set as 5).

Check the possible cause according to Subsection 7.11.5, “VC of EoMPLS(L2-VPN)
has not been established”. when the state of VC is not established.
