19 Zero Speed Tol
Use Zero Speed Tol to establish a band around zero speed that
is used to determine when the drive considers the motor to be at
zero speed. Bit 12 (At Zero Spd) in Drive/Inv Status
(parameter 15) indicates this.

20 Fault Select 1
Use Fault Select 1 to specify how the drive should handle certain
conditions. Each bit within this parameter matches the bit
definitions of Warning Select 1 (parameter 21). If you set bit(s)
to 1 in this parameter, the drive reports a fault when that
condition occurs. If you clear bit(s) to 0, the drive reports the
condition based on Warning Select 1.
