Fstart Speed
1
Use Fstart Speed to set the start point at which the speed search
begins. This parameter is only active when operating in Fstart
Select mode 2 (Speed Param).
To maximize reconnect performance, always set the Fstart
Speed slightly greater than the expected reconnect motor speed.

software.
