Item

Description

User Name

Set the SNMP user name.

Security Level

Select the security level for the SNMP group. The available security levels are:

NoAuth/NoPriv: No authentication no privacy.

Auth/NoPriv: Authentication without privacy.

Auth/Priv: Authentication and privacy.

Group Name

Select an SNMP group to which the user belongs.

When the security level is NoAuth/NoPriv, you can select an SNMP group
with no authentication no privacy.

When the security level is Auth/NoPriv, you can select an SNMP group with
no authentication no privacy or authentication without privacy.

When the security level is Auth/Priv, you can select an SNMP group of any
security level.

Authentication Mode

Select an authentication mode (including MD5 and SHA) when the security level
is Auth/NoPriv or Auth/Priv.

Authentication Password

Confirm Authentication
Password

Set the authentication password when the security level is Auth/NoPriv or
Auth/Priv.

The confirm authentication password must be the same with the authentication
password.

Privacy Mode

Select a privacy mode (including DES56, AES128, and 3DES) when the security
level is Auth/Priv.

Privacy Password

Confirm Privacy Password

Set the privacy password when the security level is Auth/Priv.

The confirm privacy password must be the same with the privacy password.
