Table 45-11 describes the configuration items for creating a rule for an Ethernet frame header IPv4
ACL.

Item Description
ACL
Select the Ethernet frame header IPv4 ACL for which you want to
configure rules.
Available ACLs are Ethernet frame header IPv4 ACLs that have been
configured.
Rule ID
Select the Rule ID check box and type a number for the rule.
If you do not specify the rule number, the system will assign one
automatically.
Action
Select the action to be performed for IPv4 packets matching the rule.
Permit: Allows matched packets to pass.
Deny: Drops matched packets.
Source MAC Address
Source Mask
Select the Source MAC Address check box and type a source MAC
address and wildcard.
Destination MAC
Address
MAC
Address
Filter
Destination Mask
Select the Destination MAC Address check box and type a
destination MAC address and wildcard.
COS(802.1p priority) Specify the 802.1p priority for the rule.
