IP Address Type: Select a type for the virtual interface from the IP Address Type list.

DHCP Enabled: Select whether to enable DHCP. With DHCP enabled, the virtual interface obtains
an IP address from the DHCP server.

IP Address: Enter an IP address for the virtual interface. This property is required if DHCP is not

enabled.

Mask: Enter a mask for the IP address in dotted decimal notation, such as 255.255.255.0. This
property is required if DHCP is not enabled.

When you configure multiple devices at a time, the available VLAN IDs are the intersection of the VLANs

on all devices.

Device Access

Set Telnet User

User Name: Enter a Telnet username.

Password Mode: Select a password mode for the Telnet user.

Password: Enter a Telnet user password.

User Level: Enter a Telnet user level.

Service Type: Select a service type for Telnet users.

Set SSH Global Parameters

Compatible with SSHv1: Select whether to be compatible with SSHv1.

Authentication Retry: Enter a number of retries for the authentication process.

Rekey Interval (1-24 hours): Enter an interval at which the SSH server's password is reset.

Authentication Timeout (1-120 seconds): Enter a timeout value for the authentication process. If no
response is received before the timeout expires, the authentication process is considered a failure.

SFTP Server Idle Timeout (1-120 minutes): Enter an idle time value for the SFTP server. With this
parameter configured, the SFTP server disconnects from the client with which the server does not

exchange any packet within the idle time.

SFTP Server Enable: Select whether to enable the SFTP server.

SSH Server Enable: Select whether to enable the SSH server.

Set SSH User

User Name: Enter an SSH username.

Service Type: Select a service type. Options include ALL, Stelnet, and SFTP.

Authentication Mode: Select an authentication mode. Options include ALL, Password, PublicKey,
and PublicKey Password.

Public Key: Enter a public key if you selected PublicKey or PublicKey Password as the authentication
mode.

Working Directory: Enter the default working directory if you selected SFTP as the service type.

Config SNMP (v1 or v2c) Param (H3C)

SNMP Type: Select an SNMP version, which can be v1 or v2c.

Read-only Community String: Enter the read-only community string, which must be the same as

what is configured on the device.

Read-Write Community String: Enter the read-write community string, which must be the same as
what is configured on the device.
