8.14 AT^SPLM Read the PLMN list
The
AT^SPLM
execute command returns the list of operators from the ME. Each operator code
<numeric>
that
has an alphanumeric equivalent
<alpha>
in the ME memory is returned. The list is sorted by operator codes.

The read command returns the range of operator indices supported by the ME.
The write command serves to read a single operator entry specified with
