Grass Valley Service Alarms
All Grass Valley services in an iControl system automatically generate an overall alarm status
that can be viewed in iC Navigator, in the GSM Alarm Browser, and on Web pages.
Third Party Alarms
iControl can recognize and display alarms for devices and services from third party companies.
As a minimum, all such devices/services are represented by overall alarms that can be viewed
in iC Navigator, in the GSM Alarm Browser, and on Web pages. In many cases, a broader set of
alarms can also be displayed.
The relationship between alarms in iC Navigator and in the GSM Alarm Browser is shown
