Setting 4E: Braking Transistor Fault (rr)

The output closes if the internal braking transistor reaches the overheat level.

Setting 4F: Braking Resistor Overheat (rH)

Output terminal closes when the braking resistor exceeds the overheat level. The braking resistor may overheat due to motor

regeneration or short deceleration time setting.

Setting 58: Underload Detection

Output terminal closes when the output current falls below the underload detection level defined by L6-14 and L6-02.

Setting 89: Output I Limit

Output terminal closes when drive output speed is being limited due to the output current limit or the single-phase foldback

regulator.

Setting 8B: Lube Pump or Digital Output Delay

Energizes for the time set in parameter P4-31 each time the drive is supposed to start. The drive will delay starting for the

P4-31 time.

Setting 8F: Internal Fan On

Output terminal closes when the internal fan is active.

Setting 91: Pump Fault

Output terminal closes when any of the following faults are active: Low Feedback, High Feedback, Low Water, High Water,

NMS-SetPoint Not Met, POC-Pump Over Cycle, THMS-Thermostat Input, External Pump Fault.

Setting 92: Transducer Loss

Output terminal closes the analog input associated with PID feedback has gone above 21mA or below 3mA, or a Transducer

Loss Alarm or Fault is active.

Setting 93: Setpoint Not Met

Output terminal closes during an “NMS – SetPoint Not Met” condition.

Setting 94: Loss of Prime

Output terminal closes during an “LOP – Loss Of Prime” condition.

Setting 95: Volute Thermostat Fault

Output terminal closes when Volute-Thermostat digital input is active.

Setting 96: High Feedback

Output terminal closes during a “High Feedback Condition” as defined by P1-11 and P1-14, or during a “High FB / Water”

Fault, or during a “High Feedback” Alarm.

Setting 97: Low Feedback

Output terminal closes during a “Low Feedback Condition” as defined by P1-08 and P1-14, or during a “Low FB/Water”

Fault, or during a “Low Feedback” Alarm.

Setting A2: Sleep Active

Output terminal closes when drive is not running due to the Sleep function (does not include Sleep Boost).

Setting A3: Start Delay

Output terminal closes when feedback has risen above the start level (or fallen below the start level for Inverse PID) and the

start timer is timing.

Setting A4: Pre-Charge

Output terminal closes when the drive is in Pre-Charge mode.

Setting A5: Anti-Jam Active

Detects and expels solids that are preventing the pump impeller from turning.

WARNING! Sudden Movement Hazard. The Anti-Jam function can force the motor to briefly run in the reverse direction and may cause

injury even if parameter b1-04 is set to “Reverse Disabled”. Be sure all personnel are clear of rotating machinery.

Setting A9: Thrust Mode

Output terminal closes when the Thrust Bearing feature is active (output frequency is between zero and P4-12).
