The tool number fields in this screen are editable. When tool numbers are displayed using 2 dig-
its, then allowable data is in the range 0 to 99. For tool numbers displayed using 4 digits, allow-
able data is in the range 0 to 9999. Once a number is typed into a field, Enter must be pressed to
commit the changes.
