3. Positioning to Five Positions
[Description]
Move the actuator to positions 1 to 5 at a speed of 100 mm/sec following a home return.
There is only one axis.

 For the actuator to operate, home return operation and speed
must be set.
 The actuator moves to the position data coordinates specified by
move commands.
 If the actuator is of the absolute specification, home return (HOME
command) is not required.
Axis 1 returns to home.
Set speed to 100 mm/sec.
