The relay cable is connected to the Global Specification X-SEL
Controller.

3) Safety I/O Terminals

These terminals are wired to the external drive-power cutoff
control circuit.
Pins 1 to 8 serve as outputs for the various safety switch
terminals provided on the teaching pendant.
Pins 9 to 12 are assigned to the emergency-stop signal and
deadman signal in the X-SEL teaching pendant terminals.
Pins 10 and 12 are supplied 24 V, just like the X-SEL system I/O
terminals. However, pins 10 and 12 must not be connected
together since they draw power from different circuits.
