ARCHTTP PROXY SERVER INSTALLATION
• Rescan Device Configuration:
The ArcHTTP scans the RAID controllers on the system and
creates an individual RAID controller icon located on left column
of the "ArcHTTP Configurations" screen. If any RAID controller is
missed at system start-up, then you can use the "Rescan Device"
function to rescan the targets to allow a missed RAID storage to
be added.
• Collect Support Data:
The “Collect Support Data” option on the ArcHTTP is used to
download all controller’s information (system information,
configuration, disk information and event log) to a supported file
(file name:ctlrxx-xxxxx.log). It will be automatically started when
ERROR or SERIOUS event has occurred.
