Audio

Audio files added to a project are converted to a Motion-specific internal format, allowing you
to use audio files with different formats, sample rates, and bit depths in the same project. When
you export your project, the audio is exported according to the current audio settings in the
Export dialog.
Note: You can change the default exported audio sample rate via the Audio MIDI Setup
application in OS X. To do so, quit Motion, then in the Finder choose Go > Utilities and open the
Audio MIDI Setup application. In the Output pane, specify a new sample rate. When you reopen
Motion, the chosen sample rate appears in the Motion Export dialog.
