Bus Cycle Time The time in milliseconds for a Token cycle. The value is 0, if Token Passing is off (any Cleanroom profile).
Resource The name of the controller.
LinkID The controller network ID.
State The status of communication.

If Link Mode is TCS direct (Token Passing OFF), RspT is the ResponseTime of the HH profile for a message
