La probabilità che gas, polvere da sparo o
frammenti metallici colpiscano e feriscano il
tiratore mentre spara, è remota, ma nell’eve-
nienza che questo succeda, i danni possono
essere gravi, inclusa la possibilità di perdere
la vista. Quando spara, il tiratore deve sem-
pre indossare occhiali di protezione ad alta
resistenza. Tappi per le orecchie o altri tipi di
protezione di alta qualità aiutano a ridurre il
rischio di danni provocati dallo sparo.

The chance that gas, gunpowder or metal
fragments will blow back and injure a shooter
who is firing a gun is rare, but the injury that
can be sustained in such circumstances can
be severe, including the possible loss of eye-
sight. A shooter must always wear impact
resistant shooting glasses when firing any
firearm. Earplugs or other high-quality hear-
ing protectors help reduce the chance of
hearing damage from shooting.
