The backup screen indicates the approximate amount of space required to contain the backup
file.
The default file name is AlignDataBackup_<model number>_<serial number>_<date in
YYYYMMDDHHMMSS>.bak.
For the N9030A, the default backup location is the internal F: drive, which is a solid-state memory
device located internally on the instrument.
