(2) Operating Procedure
Follow the steps below to set “ write prohibited ” or “ write permitted. ”
Setting values are as follows:
• “P. 0000 ” : Write permitted (Releases write prohibited mode.) [Factory setting]
• “P. 0001 ” : Write prohibited (Parameters become write prohibited from the next power ON.)

Press the Key to open the Utility Function Mode
main menu and select Fn010.

Press the Key. The display switches to the
execution display of Fn010.

Press the Key to select one of the following set-
tings.
P.0000: Write permitted [Factory setting]
P.0001: Write prohibited

Press the Key to save the setting value in the
SERVOPACK. When the saving is completed,
“DONE” is displayed in the status display.

Press the Key to return to the Utility Function
Mode main menu.
6 Turn OFF the power and then turn it ON again to validate the new setting.
